Iron Roof Restoration

This is a iron roof restoration we completed in Howick, East Auckland

The roof was treated for moss and mould. The roof had nails that needed to be replaced and refixed. Once it was water tight and the rust was treated, we water blast the surface and applied a 3 coat system finished in Grey Friars gloss.

Concrete Tile Roof Restoration

Repair & Re-coating

This is a concrete tile roof restoration we completed in Albany, Auckland.

The roof was treated for moss and mould. Then water blast the surface to remove the dirt, moss and lichen. The hips and ridges were re-pointed and all cracked tiles are replaced. The surface was sprayed with a concrete sealer coat and 2 top coats in Charcoal gloss finish.

Decramastic Tile Roof Restoration

This is a decramastic tile roof restoration.

The roof was treated for moss and mould. The surface was washed to remove the lichen. The rust was treated with rustcon and the nails were refixed or replaced where needed. Warn out dektite flashing was replaced. The surface was sprayed with a base coat and grit. 2 top coats in Ironsand matte finished over the top.
